Goodbye and "Welcome", David Beckham!

Beckham, Thank you. You'll be missed. 

   What started in the middle of cynicism and controversy ended today in California. Everything  is accompanied by a standing ovation from the audience. David Beckham traveling in the United States officially ended and he will return to Europe with his head held high as a winner.

David Beckham had a habit of giving gifts to the club will be left. Beckham left Manchester United after winning the English Premier League title in 2003 and Real Madrid after beating La Liga in 2007.

Now, he said goodbye to LA Galaxy with 'last gift' of MLS Cup title. Beckham's role in winning the MLS Cup title with two clubs will go into history that will continue to be remembered by fans of the Galaxy.

I'm sad it's over, "Beckham told ESPN after the game. "It's been a special place for me and always will. I'm glad I've had success at this club and I'm very thankful for that. "

Nearly six years ago, the biggest star ever to play in the United States since Pele played for the New York Cosmos, moved to Los Angeles Galaxy when he stepped on the number 31. Pretty strange for a player who can still act until a few years into the future in a blue continent.

MLS is obviously not great competition. MLS is clearly not as good as the EPL or La Liga or Serie A. Even the MLS never emulate these leagues. LA Galaxy club itself is a bit of a mess before arrival.

"I'm coming there not to be a superstar. I'm coming there to be part of a team, to work hard and to win something. I'm coming there to make a difference. I'm coming there to play football. "So said David Beckham     when he decided to move to ESPN.               

    Beckham has provided convenience for  MLS teams to attract big stars and football to come to the United States and play there. Thierry Henry is one of them. Although Henry has lost his best to play in Europe, he is still one of the big players in history who decided to set down his skills playing soccer on American soil. 

 Now all goes well in MLS than six years ago. David Beckham has opened up a world view to see the quality of the growing MLS.
